One Month Old!

It’s official, as of 11:50 last night, I’m one month old! Yesterday, Mommy took lots of pictures of me and Daddy put them up in the pictures section. You can see me with my eyes open, and making all sorts of funny faces, and even trying to hold my head up when I’m laying on my belly. I also met Mommy’s cousin Christine who stopped by on her way home from a client.

On this past Sunday I went to visit Aunt Kelly and Uncle Ken who had us all over for dinner. It was actually Kaitlin that made dinner and Mommy and Daddy thought it was delicious. While we were there I met Laura, and received a beautiful cross-stitched birth announcement from Kaitlin, it will look great in my room!

Another busy week

We had another busy week this week, it all started with my first trip to church on Sunday. I was an absolute angel, I was wide awake the entire time listening to all of the music and taking in all of the sites. Grammy and Grandpop DeLabar were more than happy to hold me for most of the mass, and afterwards I even met a lot of mommy and daddy’s friends.

On Tuesday I met Daddy’s Aunt Betty and Uncle Keith and cousin Jessica. They came to visit and brought me some very nice outfits and checked out my bedroom, even though it’s not quite finished yet. Aunt Betty and Uncle Keith got to hold me, and so did Jessica, but she was really nervous, so she didn’t hold me for very long.

Today, Mommy and Daddy took me to rehearsal for the first time to meet everyone from CAST. While mommy and daddy were on stage Michelle and Diane took care of me, afterwards, a lot of other people took a turn holding me, so now there’s a whole new photo gallery of everyone that held me in the pictures section.

Meeting Uncle Brian, Aunt Nicole, Kaitlin and Kevin

Yesterday I met Uncle Brian and Aunt Nicole, who were both very excited to see me.  I also went to visit Grammy and Pop-pop Wukitch since they had us all over for dinner.

Today I met Kaitlin and Kevin, who gave me a very beautiful crocheted blanket that Kait made for me. I also had a doctor’s appointment this afternoon, where they told me I was doing very well and that I gained 3 ounces!  Grammy DeLabar also came over to visit and was very happy that I was awake and she got to see my eyes for the first time!

Meeting the Great Grandparents

Today was pretty eventful, not only did I sleep very well last night, I also had my second bath, and I met Great Grammy and Great Grandpop Bushner.

Grammy and Grandpop DeLabar had us all over for dinner and everyone was excited to see me and Grammy and Great Grammy even got to give me a bottle. I was pretty tired so I slept the whole time while everyone passed me around, but I was the center of attention anyway so I can’t complain!

Daddy also uploaded some new pictures today, there’s pictures of me meeting Great Aunt Aly, Great Nana, Daddy’s cousin Doug, Great Aunt Agnes, and Great Grammy Siekonic, as well as some picture from my trip to Grammy and Grandpop DeLabar’s.

I’m Home!

I came home yesterday, and I spent my first night in my crib, or at least the first five minutes of my first night in my crib…

I decided that I didn’t want to sleep at all last night and that Daddy and Mommy should stay up all night with me. They didn’t like it, but they survived, and they’re hoping that I have that all out of my system.

After a little trouble starting I seem to have the hang of this nursing thing, but I’m just about due for another feeding, so we’ll see how that goes!
